Holding in Company
The Company has been notified that, following a transfer on 30 April 2008,
Jonathan Glazier, Director of Entertainment at Talent Television Limited, a
subsidiary of Talent, has transferred 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to
7.40 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company, from his
personal shareholding to his Self Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") at 7p per
share. Mr Glazier continues to be beneficially interested in 1,600,000 Ordinary
Shares, equivalent to 9.87 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company. The shares held by the SIPP are registered in the name of Standard
Life, SIPP no D106244000 (Mr J P Glazier).
