Guscio has been advised that on 10 October 2014, Bob Benton sold a total of
51,679 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, Mr Benton now holds an interest of 159,868 ordinary
shares, equivalent to 4.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
