Holding in Company
Following completion of the recent placing of £610,000, as announced on 9
February 2015, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company now comprises
15,274,429 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result, the
Company has been notified of the following changes to its significant
shareholders:
