Net Asset Value(s)

EP GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES TRUST PLC (the "Company")

Based on a bid price valuation, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary
Share of the Company as at 4 May 2010 was 184.9 pence including estimated
current period revenue and 183.4 pence excluding current period revenue.

This is based on 28,269,180 Ordinary Shares, being the issued capital of
32,654,180 Ordinary Shares less 4,385,000 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

From today, the Company will be announcing the net asset values per share on a
daily basis.
