Further to the Company’s interim results announcement on 21 April 2017, GoTech, the sports and wellbeing focused technology company, announces that copies of a notice of General Meeting (“GM”) and form of proxy were posted to shareholders on 21 April 2017.

An electronic copy of the notice of GM is available on the Company's website at www.gotechgroup-plc.com.

The Company's GM will be held at the Company’s offices at Allenby Capital Limited, 3 St. Helen’s Place, London EC3A 6AB at 12.00 noon on 9 May 2017.
