               First Commission from BBC2 of New Original Format               

The Board of Talent is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Talent
Television Ltd ('Talent TV'), has been commissioned by the BBC to produce a
new, prime-time factual entertainment format for BBC Two. The programme will be
an interactive polling event, designed to reveal the extent and range of
knowledge and attitudes towards Europe and all things European amongst the UK
population. The format was developed in-house by Talent and will be broadcast
in early autumn. It is the first commission from BBC 2 for Talent TV and
follows the successful continuing series, 'Test the Nation', which the Company
has produced for BBC One.

Tony Humphreys, Managing Director, said, 'We are delighted to be working with
BBC 2 for the first time. This new interactive polling event builds on the
skill and expertise that we have built up during the long-running 'Test the
Nation' series and this new format promises to be a success with viewers when
it broadcasts later in the year. This commission demonstrates our continued
