                 SUBSIDIARY SECURES FIRST UK/US CO-PRODUCTION                  

Talent Television Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Talent, has secured
its first UK/US co-production commission with Magic Pictures Inc. in LA to
produce a brand new series for both Fox Reality in the US and Sky One in the UK
.

"Corkscrewed: The Wrath of Grapes" is an observational documentary following
the trials and exploits of award-winning entertainment producers Nigel Lythgoe
and Ken Warwick as they make a major investment in a long held dream - owning
their own vineyard.

The series will launch in November this year on Fox Reality in the US, with
eight half hour programmes and in the spring of 2007 on Sky One in the UK, with
four one hour programmes.
