Talent Television Limited ("Talent TV"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Talent,
has been commissioned by ITV1 to produce a brand new live entertainment event
for the end of the year.

`Viewer of the Year' is an interactive quiz incorporating a review of this
year's television. Hosted by Kate Thornton, the show will feature celebrity
guests who will give their own perspective on television in 2006. The executive
producer will be Talent's deputy chairman and creative director, John Kaye
Cooper.
