As a result of the sale of 150,000 Ordinary 1p shares from Treasury on 29 May
2015 and in conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 and 5.6.1A,
the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company, as at 31 May 2015,
were as follows:
