                                Trading update                                 

Talent announces that its subsidiary, Talent Television Limited, has been
commissioned by Sky TV to produce a new three programme series called 'Made in
the U$A'. Filming of the series, which is expected to be screened early in
2005, is currently taking place in California.

Talent also announces that its results for the year ending 30 September 2004,
which will be announced in December 2004, are expected to show a small
operating profit before goodwill amortisation and interest receivable. This
compares with an operating loss on the same basis for the period ended 30
September 2003 of £408,000.
