Suspension of shares

GSC Property Holdings plc, the PLUS Markets quoted property investment company,
has requested that its shares be suspended pending completion of the group
audit, in accordance with Rule 78.

The company's auditor will issue its audit reports in due course. The company
will then issue its final results, following which it will ask for the
suspension to be lifted.
