Withdrawal from ISDX Market

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today at the offices
of Jefferies Essex LLP, 3rd Floor Dencora Court, Tylers Avenue, Southend on
Sea, Essex SS1 2BB, the resolution to withdraw from the ISDX (formerly PLUS)
Market was passed by the Company's shareholders.

The Directors have agreed with ISDX that the final day of the Company's
membership will be Monday 17th December. The suspension of the Company's shares
will continue until it leaves the market.
