On 21 May 2014, Ray Gibbs, Chief Executive Officer of the Company purchased
11,000 ordinary shares of 2p each at a price of 109.5p per share and following
this transaction he is now interested in 443,054 ordinary shares of 2p each in
the Company, representing 3.94% of the total voting rights of the Company of
11,247,823 shares.
