Haydale Graphene Industries plc (AIM:HAYD), the Company focused on enabling
technology for the commercialisation of graphene, announces that on 15 December
2014, John Knowles (Chairman) and Wendy Humm, spouse of Roger Humm
(Non-executive Director), each purchased the following shares in the Company:

John Knowles, purchased 23,531 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 42.5p per share and following this
transaction Mr Knowles is interested in 136,714 Ordinary Shares, representing
1.12% of the total voting rights of the Company which comprise 11,446,446
Ordinary Shares.

Mrs Wendy Humm, purchased 22,471 ordinary shares at a price of 44.5p per share
and following this transaction, Mr Humm is now directly and indirectly
interested in 28,471 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.25% of the total voting
rights of the Company which comprise 11,446,446 Ordinary Shares.
