Haydale announces that on 1 May 2014 it was informed that Mr. Ian Walters had
sold all of the 834,300 Haydale ordinary shares owned by him on Admission
(representing 7.42% of the Company's issued share capital). Mr Walters
therefore no longer has a discloseable shareholding in the Company.
