Hays plc 1996 Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP")
Hays plc (`the Company')
The Company confirms that there has been no increase to the CSOP blocklisting
and no securities have been allotted or issued under the CSOP between
1 August 2012 and 31 January 2013. All the share options granted under the CSOP
have now expired. Consequently, the previous balance of 12,066,148 unallotted
securities in the Company under the CSOP blocklisting has been reduced to nil.
No further returns will be announced in relation to this blocklisting as the
facility is no longer required.
