Options were granted under the terms of the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme, a HM
Revenue & Customs approved scheme, adopted by shareholders in general meeting.
The scheme is open to all eligible employees in the UK.

Options are over Ordinary shares of 1p at an exercise price of 142p per share.
Options granted will become exercisable, normally, from 1 January 2010 until 30
June 2010.
