Director & Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility Share Dealings
Following the maturity of the 2003 invitation of the Hays Long Term
Co-Investment Plan the Remuneration Committee of Hays plc approved a matching
award of one times committed shares in accordance with the rules of the scheme.
As a consequence the following Director & Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility' shareholdings have increased as follows:
