Announcement by Hays plc: Change in responsibility of a Director
Hays plc has appointed Tim Cook Managing Director of the United Kingdom &
Ireland business with immediate effect. Tim takes over from Alistair Cox, Group
Chief Executive, who has been acting Managing Director of the United Kingdom &
Ireland business since February 2008. Alistair will remain closely involved in
the management of the United Kingdom and Ireland business to ensure it
continues to be positioned most effectively in the market place.
Tim will report to Alistair in his new role and sit on the Group Management
Board. He has held a number of roles during his 21 year career at Hays, most
recently as Managing Director of the Construction and Property business in the
United Kingdom & Ireland.
