Prior to the disposal, Ronald Edwin Frost ("Mr Frost") held 80,000,000 shares
directly, in his own name.
Mr Frost has now given 100 shares to his wife, Beryl, and has settled
79,999,800 shares into trust, the trustee of which is Virtus Trust Limited
("Virtus"). Mr Frost has an interest in the 79,999,800 shares held in trust by
Virtus, which equates to an indirect interest of 5.78% of the voting rights of
the issuer (based upon 1,384,238,307 total voting rights in the issuer, as
announced on 31 May 2011 via RNS).
Following the disposal, Mr. Frost retains 100 shares in his own name, which
equates to a direct interest of 0.000007%.
