Hays announces that with immediate effect Keith Charlton has resigned as a
Director.
Bob Lawson, Chairman, commented:
'Keith Charlton has made a major contribution to the development of Hays over
the last six years. I wish him every success in the new business opportunities
that he has chosen to pursue. The recently strengthened Commercial Team will
report directly to me as we continue to develop the exciting opportunities
available.'
The company intends to publish a detailed year end trading update on 12 June
2002 and confirms that overall there are no changes to the Group's expectations
set out in the Interim Statement.
