HgCapital Trust plc - Director notification
HgCapital Trust plc announces that Richard Brooman, a non-executive director of the
Trust, has been appointed to the Board of Acal plc as a non-executive director
with effect from 1 January 2013.
This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14R (2) of the Listing Rules.
