2008 of 6,719 Ordinary 25p shares of the Company, Andrew Murison, a Director of
the Company, now has an interest in 8,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.032%
of the issued Ordinary shares. The shares were purchased at an average price of
£6.58 per share.
