Appointment of new Director
Mr Richard Brooman
The Directors are pleased to announce that Mr Richard Brooman has accepted an
invitation to join the Board as a non-executive Director with effect from 11
October 2007.
Richard Brooman is a Chartered Accountant. He was formerly group finance
director of Sherwood International Plc. Prior to this he was finance director
of VCI plc and CFO of the global consumer healthcare business of SmithKline
Beecham. He has held senior financial operational positions at Mars and Price
Waterhouse.
Mr Brooman is deputy chairman and chairman of the audit committee of Invesco
Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc. That appointment is the
only other directorship of a publicly quoted company that he has held during
the last five years.
Mr Brooman has no beneficial interest in the shares of the Company.
There are no details required to be disclosed pursuant to 9.6.13 of the UKLA
Listing Rules.
