Oxfordshire County Council Pension Fund held 1,782,500 shares, 7.08% of shares
in issue, when the previous TR-1 form was submitted on 27/2/09.
On 7/4/10, 5,917,160 shares were issued, resulting in a total of 31,103,915
shares in issue. At this date Oxfordshire County Council Pension Fund still
held 1,782,500 shares (5.73% of voting rights) meaning that the 7%, 6% and 5%
thresholds had been crossed. Subsequent share issues and sale of shares
occurring during the period 8/4/2010 to 15/2/2012 have not resulted in any
further thresholds being crossed.
The current percentage of voting rights held (5.27%) has been calculated using
the total voting rights figure of 31,822,330 announced by HgCapital Trust on 1
December 2011.
