Subscription share exercise and Listing application
In relation to the 31 October 2011 subscription date, the Company announces
that it has issued 22,605 Ordinary shares following the exercise of
subscription rights by a number of Subscription shareholders. Application has
been made for those Ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List and to
trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The Ordinary shares
issued will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares and are
anticipated to commence trading on 14 November 2011.
Following this issue there will be 31,822,330 Ordinary shares of 25p each and
5,502,368 Subscription shares of 1p each in issue in the capital of the
Company.
