                            Proposed Dividend Dates                            

Further to the preliminary announcement of results made by Holders Technology
plc today, the record date for the proposed dividend of 1.0p per ordinary share
in the company will be 3 May 2013 with payment to shareholders on the register
at that time being made on 21 May 2013. The company's ordinary shares will be
marked ex-dividend with effect from 1 May 2013.
