Class Meetings of Ordinary and S Ordinary Shareholders

The Income & Growth VCT plc is pleased to announce that the resolutions
proposed at the Separate Class meeting of the holders of Ordinary Shares of 1p
and the Separate Class meeting of the holders of `S' Ordinary Shares of 1p held
today, 4 March 2010, having been adjourned from 3 March 2010, were approved by
shareholders of each class.
