Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility

The Company announces that on 12 March 2014, the following Directors were
allotted and issued the numbers of Ordinary Shares shown below at a price of
99.7 pence per Ordinary Share. The allotments were made under the Company's
Dividend Investment Scheme in respect of the interim dividend of 4 pence per
share paid to shareholders on 12 March 2014:
