The Income & Growth VCT plc
Directorate change
The Board announces that Christopher Moore has resigned from the Board with
effect from 24 September 2010. His resignation, which comes at the same time as
his appointment as Chairman of another Venture Capital Trust, is in order to
ensure that the Board is comprised of a majority of independent directors with
effect from 28 September 2010 when the changes to the Listing Rules of the UK
Listing Authority with regard to directors' independence come into effect for
Venture Capital Trusts.
The Board would like to thank Christopher Moore for the knowledge and guidance
that he has brought to the Company since its inception in 2000 and in
particular for his invaluable contribution as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
