Issue of Equity
The Company announces that on 18 March 2010 it allotted and issued the
following shares under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme:
- 112,768 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 49.14 pence per share
(being equivalent to 70% of the published net asset value per Ordinary Share as
at 31 December 2009 of 72.2 pence per share less the dividend of 2 pence per
Ordinary Share paid on 17 March 2010); and
- 6,674 new S Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 94.5 pence per share
(being equivalent to the average of the middle market price for the `S'
Shares taken from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the
five business days immediately preceding the payment date).
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 34,567,228
Ordinary Shares and 11,813,141 S Ordinary Shares.
