Class Meetings of Ordinary and S Ordinary Shareholders
The Income & Growth VCT plc is pleased to announce that the resolutions
proposed at the Separate Class meetings of the Ordinary Shareholders and the
`S' Ordinary Shareholders held today, 18 September 2008, were approved by
shareholders of each class.
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:
