Purchase of shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 4 September 2008, it purchased a
total of 196,730 Ordinary Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of
78.41 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 35,451,438 Ordinary Shares and
11,806,467 S Ordinary Shares in issue.
