The Board would like to announce today, that Paul Rewrie will be stepping down
from the Board of the Company with immediate effect in order to focus on other
ventures. The Board would like to thank Paul for his efforts during his time
with the Company and would like to wish him every success with his future
endeavours.

In-Solve is pleased to announce that Jonathan Bradley-Hoare has been appointed
to the Board as Director. Jonathan Bradley-Hoare established his own
accountancy practice, Welbeck Associates Limited in 2005 and is closely
involved with a number of AIM listed companies where he is responsible for the
financial reporting issues and acts as Company Secretary. Jonathan has also
been appointed Financial Controller to several AIM listed companies. Jonathan
has the following current and past directorships:

In the last five years, Mr Bradley-Hoare was director of Welbeck Consolidations
Limited a dormant company that was dissolved in 2008. He was previously a
director of Woodpecker Pet Products Limited which went into receivership in
2001. The shortfall to creditors from such receivership is unknown since the
receivers did not file the relevant documents at Companies House.
