("In-Solve" or the "Company")
In-Solve is pleased to announce that Worship Street Investments Plc ("Worship
Street") has exercised 800,000 Warrants with an exercise price of 1.672p per
warrant in the Company.
In addition the Company was notified that Worship Street has disposed of
175,000 shares in the Company. As a result of the above, Worship Street now
holds 1,418,574 shares, representing 16.09% of the issued share capital in
In-Solve Plc.
Following the exercise of these Warrants, the total number of shares in issue
is now 8,815,899.
