IN-SOLVE PLC
("In-Solve" or the "Company")
Exercise of Warrants and Change of Substantial Holdings
On 20 July 2011, Worship Street Investments Ltd (`Worship Street') exercised
660,541 warrants in the Company at a price of 1.672 pence each.
Additionally, the Board received notification on 19th July 2011, that on 18th
July, Worship Street disposed of 21,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
Following these transactions, Worship Street's interest in the Company has now
increased to 2,068,115 ordinary shares, representing 19.97% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Board of
In-Solve confirms that the Company has 10,357,717 shares of 1p in issue
carrying voting rights.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Directors of the issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
