("In-Solve" or "the Company")
Exercise of Warrants and Update
On 15 September 2009, as part of a private placing, Worship Street Investments
("Worship Street") was granted a total of 2,160,000 non-transferable warrants
in In-Solve Plc exercisable at 1.672p over a 12 month period. During the year,
Worship Street has exercised 910,000 warrants, leaving 1,250,000 warrants
outstanding, including 110,000 warrants exercised today worth £1839.20.
In-Solve Plc is pleased to announce that it extended the exercised period for
another 12 months.
Worship Street Investments now holds a total of 1,778,574 shares of In-Solve
Plc representing 19.92% of the issued share capital in In-Solve Plc.
The Company now has 8,925,899 shares of 1p in issue carrying voting rights.
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the content of this
announcement.
