("In-Solve" or the "Company")
In-Solve announces that it was notified on 7 February 2011 that Worship Street
Investments ("WSI") exercised 100,000 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares
of 1p, at a price of 1.672p each.
At the same time the Company was notified that Rivington Street Holdings
("RSH") exercised a total of 489,459 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares
of 1p each, at a price of 1.672p each.
Worship Street Investments now holds a total of 1,678,574 ordinary shares,
representing 17.64% of the issued share capital. RSH now holds 489,459 ordinary
shares representing 5.14% of the issued share capital.
Following the exercise of these warrants, the Company has 9,515,358 ordinary
shares of 1p in issue.
