                       CHANGE IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING                       

In-Solve Plc announced that today it received notification from Worship Street
Investments Ltd that it now holds a total of 1,668,574 shares in In-Solve
representing 18.92% of the issued share capital of the Company. This is a
result of the completion of the purchase of PLUS quoted shares from Adriatic
Oil Plc announced on 6 July 2010.

The directors accept responsibility for this announcement.
