Trading Statement for the Company's Third Quarter Ended 31st August 2011
In accordance with the Rule 53 of PLUS Quoted Markets Rule Book, the Company is
issuing the following trading statement following the end of the third quarter
of the company's trading at the 31st of August 2011.
During the period no material events, transactions or developments have taken
place, and the Company still awaits news regarding as to whether drilling
operations will be started in respect of Wilton Petroleum's Madagascar
interests.
The Company continues to be constrained by its fully invested status and costs
have been reduced to minimum levels required to retain the PLUS Markets
quotation.
The Company continues to be supported financially by its major shareholders and
the Company remains reliant on their support until such time as either
investments are realised, or fresh equity is raised.
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the announcement.
