Headline: Block Listing of Shares - Additional Information

Further to the Block Listing Application announcement released on 27 July 2011
Invesco Asia Trust plc (the `Company') announces that the application is in
respect of shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Company's
Subscription Shares in 2011 and 2012.

The new shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
share capital of the Company.
