HEADLINE: Cancellation of Treasury Shares
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4R, the Company advises that on 14 March
2012 it cancelled 1,791,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each, previously held in
Treasury. Following the cancellation of shares there remain 93,165,757 Ordinary
shares of 10p each, 17,648,153 subscription shares of 1p each and nil shares
held in Treasury.
The total voting rights figure of 93,165,757 may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Invesco
Asia Trust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
