HEADING: Death of Director
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Board of Invesco Asia Trust plc
sadly announces that, on 25 November 2010, Mr Bryan Lenygon has passed away.
Bryan, who had served as a director since the inception of the Company in 1995,
made a very valuable contribution to the business, particularly in his role as
Chairman of the Audit Committee, a position he held since 1995. He will be
sorely missed by his colleagues and many friends.
