HEADLINE: Retirement of Director

The Board announced with regret on 11 March 2009 that Sir Robin McLaren shall
retire with effect from today, the end of the Company's financial year. The
Board thanks Sir Robin for the invaluable contribution he has made during his
14 years' service as a Director. His presence will be sorely missed and his
colleagues wish him all the very best for the future.
