HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 15 October 2014, it purchased for
cancellation 11,110 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 180.25p per
share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in
treasury and 88,748,259 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue is 92,025,483.
