HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 13 November 2014, it purchased for
cancellation 40,555 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 188p per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in
treasury and 88,707,704 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue is 91,984,928.
