HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 18 February 2015, it purchased for
cancellation 85,183 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 190.6p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in
treasury and 88,143,512 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue is 91,420,736.
