HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 26 August 2015, it purchased for cancellation 22,214 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 157.25p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in treasury and 87,393,112 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 90,670,336.
