HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 28 July 2015, it purchased for cancellation 16,609 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 181.75p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in treasury and 87,522,259 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 90,799,483.
