Correction : Transaction in Own Shares

The Issuer wishes to advise that the announcement released on 27 January 2010
detailed the incorrect number of shares bought back for cancellation.
The correct number of shares repurchased for cancellation was 35,000 as
detailed below.

27 January 2010, it purchased for cancellation 35,000 ordinary shares of 20p
each at 148p per share.

Following this purchase there remain 57,459,629 shares in issue.
